The long-awaited Halloween event has arrived in the game, and this time it comes packed with surprises, unique pets, terrifying mutations, and countless new rewards. In this blog, we’ll tell you everything you need to know about the pets’ special abilities and the new mechanics that make this one of the most complete and entertaining updates of the year. The Halloween event introduces a total of nine new pets, each with unique abilities some can be obtained from the shop, while others can be hatched from eggs.

Spider

This is a legendary pet that can be obtained from the Spooky Egg with an 18% chance.

Ability:

Every 8 minutes, it creates a web within an 18-tile radius, and within this area:

- Pets reduced their cooldowns by 1 second for every second they remain inside the web.

- Plants grow 15 seconds faster for every second of effect.

The web lasts 10 seconds and acts as a powerful temporary buff, perfect for speeding up your crops and overall progress.

Pumpky Rat

This pumpkin-headed rodent is of common rarity and has a very interesting ability.

Ability:

From time to time, it transforms a pumpkin in your garden into a decorative Jack Lantern, with up to five different variants. This makes it a perfect pet for players who love cosmetics and garden decoration.

Wolf

The little wolf is undoubtedly one of the fan favorites. This is a limited legendary pet capable of changing the player’s appearance.

Ability:

Its ability, “Wolf Howl,” activates every 4 minutes and has several effects:

- Within a range of 20 to 40 tiles, it grants a 15% to 30% chance to apply the Moonlit mutation.

- It temporarily transforms the player into a werewolf for 35 to 70 seconds, increasing movement speed by 80% and jump range by 80%.

Rapper

This divine rarity pet is one of the ones you can obtain from the Creepy Critters shop.

Ability:

This pet has an ability called “Harvest of Seeds.” Every 22 minutes, it sacrifices four fruits and grants either a passive buff or additional experience to a random pet in your garden. In short, Rapper is ideal for speeding up the leveling process of your other pets.

Ghost Bear

This rare pet can be obtained from the Creepy Critters shop. The bear has a simple yet useful role, as it acts as a mutation enhancer pet.

Ability:

Every 18 minutes, it moves toward a fruit and applies the “Chilling” mutation, boosting its rarity or secondary effects.

Bat

The uncommon-ranked bat has a 45% chance to hatch from the Spooky Egg, making it the most common pet from it.

Ability:

It increases the mutation rate for Halloween-type plants (such as Golden, Silver, or Rainbow). In short, this pet makes these three mutations easier to obtain from exclusive event seeds.

Bone Dog

An adorable rare pet that can be obtained from the Spooky Egg.

Ability:

It obtains a random seed every 80 seconds, with a 15% chance of getting the exclusive “Bone Dog” seed.

Witch cat

The witch’s cat is a mythic rarity pet, and it can hatch from the Spooky Egg.

Ability:

It doubles the size of plants from 1x to 2x. It works as follows: every 2 to 4 minutes, this cat goes to a Witch’s Cauldron in your garden and causes plants within a 10 to 20 tile radius to grow up to twice their size.

Headless Horseman

The Headless Horseman is the game’s new prismatic pet, with only a 0.5% chance of hatching from the Spooky Egg.

Ability:

It acts as a mutation machine. Every 40 minutes, it approaches a pet without mutations that is above level 50, resets it to level 1, and applies one of the following mutations:

- Dreadbound: Increases experience gain by 0.6%.

- Soulflame: Provides an additional 60% XP boost per second. Every 5–15 minutes, a nearby fruit has a 20–30% chance to mutate with Burnt with a lower chance for Flaming.

- Spectral: Slightly improves the pet’s passive ability.

- Nightmare: Significantly enhances the passive ability and increases the pet’s size, being the rarest mutation with only a 2.04% chance of occurring.
