Fairy Event

Fairy Event

The Fairy Event is the new temporary challenge in Grow a Garden. In this event, the Fairy Godmother will summon small magical fairies every hour that will roam through players’ gardens. These magical creatures will visit your garden, activating the new Glimmering mutation on any of your fruits. You’ll need to collect these mutated fruits and deliver them to the Fountain Power located in the event zone, which will reward you with Fairy Points.

The Fountain Power will request specific fruits with the Glimmering mutation. Although you can also turn in different mutated fruits, the amount of points you’ll receive will be much lower.

For example: if the fairy asks for the mutation called Glimmering Corn, you’ll have to wait until one of your corn crops receives this mutation. Once it does, you can harvest it and deliver it to the fairy to accumulate points in the event. In return, you’ll be offered the chance to choose from 3 exclusive event rewards.

Event Rewards

Event Rewards

One of the main attractions of the Fairy Event is the wide variety of rewards you can earn by leveling up the Fountain Power. Each time you deliver fruits with the required mutation, your favor level will increase, unlocking exclusive prizes.

Additionally, by completing certain tasks, you’ll be able to choose between three different rewards, adding a layer of strategy and customization to your event progression.

Some of the most notable items include:

- Fairy-themed pets

- Unique accessories, perfect for customizing your in-game experience

- Exotic seeds, including event-exclusive varieties

Fairy Upgrades

Fairy Upgrades

Another interesting feature is that you can use the points earned in the event to purchase permanent upgrades related to the Fairy Event. This means that, as you progress, you’ll be able to optimize the speed at which you complete tasks and, in turn, increase your efficiency in unlocking more rewards.

In other words, the event becomes easier as you advance, as long as you invest your points in these strategic upgrades.

Ascension in Grow a Garden

Ascension in Grow a Garden

The update is not limited to the Fairy Event. A brand-new mechanic called Ascension has also been introduced, which so far unlocks a new seed shop as well as the game’s new currency: the Garden Coin.

The Garden Coin Shop

The Garden Coin Shop

One of the biggest issues that Grow a Garden had been facing was the excessive accumulation of money. Many players had already reached quintillions or sextillions, making farming practically unnecessary.

To address this, the new Ascension mechanic was introduced. This feature requires players to spend enormous amounts of money in exchange for a new currency called Garden Coins.

With these coins, you’ll be able to unlock unique benefits such as:

- More garden slots

- Increased storage capacity for eggs, pets, and cosmetics

- Expanded plant capacity

Warning: When you ascend, you will receive 10 Garden Coins but you’ll lose all of your accumulated money.

The New Seed Shop

New Seed Shop

Alongside the Fairy Event, an additional Seed Shop has also been introduced. This shop does not unlock immediately; instead, it requires your character to ascend first.

Once unlocked, you’ll gain access to new exclusive seeds such as:

- Aurora Bine

- Coco Mango

- Potato

- Broccoli
