You gain 2 energy points every time you land a critical hit, whether ranged or melee.
Steps by Steps Guide
To acquire the Focused Attacks Rune, follow these steps:
1. Journey to the Hinterlands and locate the ruins situated at coordinates /way 72.0, 53.0.
2. Upon arrival, you'll find a small chest placed in front of an altar. However, beware of the guardian, a Vilebranch Mask.
3. Engage and defeat 
Blind, the guardian wearing the Vilebranch Mask, and then proceed to loot the chest.
4. Inside the chest, you'll discover the coveted Focused Attacks Rune.
