The Primal Council are formidable masters of the elements, each embodying the raw, untamed power of their respective domain. Embar Firepath is as merciless as the fire she commands, scorching all who dare oppose her. Opalfang wields the might of the earth, crushing her enemies with unrelenting force. Kadros Icewrath, cold and cruel, freezes adversaries with chilling precision. His sibling, Dathea Stormlash, unleashes tempestuous fury, wild and unpredictable as a raging storm. Their mastery over fire, earth, ice, and storm makes them a fearsome force. Ruthless in their pursuit of power, the Council members are united by their elemental prowess and their relentless drive to dominate. Each encounter with them is a testament to their raw strength and unwavering determination, leaving a trail of devastation in their wake. Opposing the Primal Council is to face the very essence of nature’s most destructive forces, embodied in their most fearsome forms.

The Primal Council Abilities

Kadros Icewrath

1.  Primal Blizzard: Upon reaching 100 energy, Kadros channels a freezing storm for 10 seconds. The chill inflicts 4,407 Frost damage every second, increasing Frost damage taken by 10% and reducing Fire damage taken by 10% for 15 seconds. This effect stacks. Scorched Ground removes this effect. Upon reaching 10 applications, players are trapped in a Frost Tomb.

-  Frost Tomb: The player is overcome by the Primal Blizzard and is trapped in a tomb of ice, inflicting 22,044 Frost damage and an additional 9,920 Frost damage every second until freed.

2.  Frost Spike: Kadros propels a spike of ice at a random player, inflicting 44,072 Frost damage.

3.  Glacial Convocation: Upon defeat, Kadros convokes the plane of ice, inflicting 44,072 Frost damage to all players every 6 seconds. This damage increases over time. Kadros channels until all members of the Primal Council are defeated.

4.  Scorched Ground: The impact of Embar's Meteor Axes scorches the ground for 2 minutes, inflicting 20 Fire damage every 2 seconds to players in the area. The heat dispels Primal Blizzard.

Dathea Stormlash

1.  Conductive Mark: Dathea marks the player with lightning, inflicting 20 Nature damage on impact and an additional 9 Nature damage every second for 10 seconds. Increases Nature damage taken by 8% for each application. This effect stacks. If an affected player comes within 5 yards of another player, the mark will duplicate to that target. Moving within 5 yards of an Earthen Pillar harmlessly removes the mark.

2.  Lightning Bolt: Dathea hurls lightning at a random player, inflicting 44,072 Nature damage.

3.  Chain Lightning: A bolt of lightning strikes a random player, inflicting 22,036 Nature damage and then jumping to nearby players.

4.  Storming Convocation: Upon defeat, Dathea convokes the plane of storms, inflicting 44,072 Nature damage to all players every 6 seconds. This damage increases over time. Dathea channels until all members of the Primal Council are defeated.

Opalfang

1.  Earthen Pillar: Opalfang erupts pillars of rock from the earth at the locations of several players, inflicting 110,181 Nature damage to players within 6 yards and knocking them back.

2.  Crush: Opalfang crushes her current target, inflicting 220,361 Physical damage and increasing all Physical damage taken by 100%. This effect stacks.

3.  Quaking Convocation: Opalfang convokes primal earth, releasing forceful blasts of earthen magic that inflict 66,108 Nature damage to all players every 6 seconds. This damage increases over time. Opalfang channels until all members of the Primal Council are defeated.

Embar Firepath

1.  Meteor Axes: Embar targets two players and hurls conjured fire axes at them, inflicting 160 Fire damage split between all targets within 10 yards. Leaves behind Scorched Ground on impact for 2 minutes.

-  Scorched Ground: The impact of Embar's Meteor Axes scorches the ground for 2 minutes, inflicting 20 Fire damage every 2 seconds to players in the area. The heat dispels Primal Blizzard.

3.  Slashing Blaze: Upon reaching 100 energy, Embar infuses her axe with lava and cleaves the player, inflicting 176,289 Fire damage and an additional 44,072 Fire damage every 1.5 seconds for 15 seconds to all players in front of Embar. This effect stacks.

4.  Burning Convocation: Embar convokes the plane of fire, inflicting 44,072 Fire damage to all players every 6 seconds. This damage increases over time. Embar channels until all members of the Primal Council are defeated.

Tips and Strategy

The Primal Council works together to wipe out players with elemental attacks. When brought to low health, council members begin channeling their Convocation spell until all members of the council are defeated. The elemental magics of the Primal Council's abilities can interact with each other in different ways to both advantage and detriment.

Tanks:

- Slashing Blaze inflicts high Fire damage to players in front of Embar.

- Crush massively increases Physical damage taken.

Damage Dealers:

- Conductive Mark spreads to nearby players.

- Meteor Axes will destroy any Earthen Pillar they hit.

- Touching Scorched Ground removes applications of Primal Blizzard.

Healers:

- Meteor Axes split damage evenly amongst players hit and destroy Earthen Pillars.

- Primal Blizzard inflicts heavy damage to all players and can trap them in Frost Tombs.
