"Last Man Standing," commonly known as LMS, is a player-versus-player Battle Royale-style minigame where the player, along with 3-23 others, is transported to an island. There, they must fight to survive by killing each other and looting all available items to become the last person standing.

Players can start the minigame by speaking to Lisa, located in Ferox Enclave. No items can be brought into the minigame from outside. Rewards for participating in and winning Last Man Standing include the rune pouch, Deadman's cape, god halos, god ornament kits for swords, Ornate maul handle, and Swift blade.

This game blends strategy, PvP combat skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to the changing battlefield conditions to survive and emerge victorious as the last man standing.
