• 1️⃣ 🔐 Safe Pocket Run (Surrender Run)

  If your order consists of items that fit inside your Safe Pocket, we perform a Surrender Run. Our player enters the raid with an empty loadout to safely transfer the items directly to you. To ensure everything fits and is secured properly, we recommend using the Looting Mk.2 augment (2 Safe Pockets) or Looting Mk.3 augment (3 Safe Pockets).

  2️⃣ 🛡️ Expert Escort Delivery (Orders of 3+ Items)

  For larger or high-value orders, our expert players will personally escort you inside the raid. We enter together as a team, secure your items during the run, and use a Hatch Raider Key to guarantee extraction through a hatch. Your safety is always prioritized to ensure you successfully extract with all your Arc Raiders loot.

Once your order is confirmed, we place you in the Arc Raiders trade queue and prepare your itemas for delivery. Depending on your order size and current demand, delivery typically takes between 3 and 45 minutes. In most cases, Raiders receive their loot within approximately 15 minutes.
