If you thought you had already gotten everything out of the Summer Event in Grow a Garden, get ready because the best is yet to come. The team behind the game has a big surprise for us: a Part 2 of the Summer Harvest Event, this time under a new name that already hints at its scale: Mega Harvest!

What is the Mega Harvest?

The Mega Harvest will be the second part of the summer event that started just over a week ago in Grow a Garden. While the first part left a good impression on the community, it also sparked controversy due to some aspects that didn’t convince all players, such as:

- The inclusion of items that were supposed to be exclusive.

- A reward system that some felt was unfair or limited.

- Unappealing seeds in the shop that didn’t help with point farming.

However, the game’s developer has listened to the community and wants to fix all of that with a major update that not only improves what came before, but also adds a ton of new content.

What will this new update bring?

The official description of the Mega Harvest is now available in the game's event section. And while it doesn’t reveal all the secrets, it gives us the following preview:

"The summer event isn’t over yet. We’re introducing the new Mega Harvest, an update to the summer event filled with surprises. Team up with other players to take part in this mega version of the summer event, where you’ll discover and unlock new seeds, new pets, new craftable items, and new events."

Let’s take a closer look at what we can expect:

New Pets: Get ready to expand your collection of adorable (and useful) pets. While not all have been revealed yet, we know these new additions will come with unique or upgraded abilities to help with farming.

New Seeds: The developer is considering introducing a brand-new "super seed" that could revolutionize the game. Will it be more profitable than any other? Will it be a limited-time item?

New Craftable Items: One of the strongest rumors is that we’ll be able to craft the summer boxes and possibly even new seed packs just like we saw in the previous crafting update.

New Dynamic Events: The last update brought events like fog, tornadoes, and strong winds. In this new part, even more special events will be added, affecting your garden in real time.

How to Prepare for the Mega Harvest

The key to being ready is to prepare your garden in advance. Here are some tips:

- Reserve space for new crops: Keep some plots ready to plant the new seeds as soon as they become available.

- Stock up on tomatoes and strawberries: These are still the best seeds for earning points during the event.
