Grow a Garden - Part 2 of the Summer Event

Summer is in full swing in Grow a Garden, and Part 2 of the Summer Event has officially arrived an update packed with content you won’t want to miss. Whether you’re a dedicated player or just starting to dive into the game, this guide will show you how to collect all the new items, seeds, pets, and more, while also revealing the fastest and most efficient way to earn the new summer coins.

What’s New in This Update?

The first thing you'll notice when you log into the game is that a brand-new special event shop the Summer Shop has been activated. This shop is packed with limited-time and exclusive rewards such as:

📦 New packs
🧸 New pets
🛠 New utility items
💫 New crafting options

However, in order to claim these rewards, you'll need to collect a new event currency called summer coins. But don’t worry here’s everything you need to know to earn them quickly and easily.

How to Get the New Summer Coins?

To start collecting points, follow this basic flow you’ll already be familiar with it if you played Part 1 of the Summer Event:

- Head to your garden and start collecting summer fruits as you normally would.

- Fill up your inventory and go to the Summer Event cart.

- When the event is active, you can deliver your fruits to the cart, which will then be converted into summer points.

- Every 1,000 points equals 1 event coin.

For example, if you gather 13,000 points, you’ll receive 13 summer coins. These coins are then used directly in the new special event shop to claim the exclusive items available there.

Pro Tip: You can follow our strategy to reach higher point thresholds especially useful if you're just starting out and finding it hard to unlock the rewards you really want.

New Weather Events

This update introduces several dynamic weather events that affect garden behavior and fruit collection:

- Mega Harvest: Has a 1 in 3 chance of occurring instead of a regular summer harvest event. Grants 2x summer harvest points.

- Aurora Borealis: Dancing lights that whisper through the northern night. Increases plant growth speed by 50% and has a chance to grant the "Aurora" mutation.

- Tropical Rain: Warm rain falling gently, brightening fruit and earth. Also increases plant growth speed by 50% and offers a chance to grant the "Drenched" mutation.

New Pets: Oasis Egg

A new egg has been added to the Robux shop! If you're interested in spending some Robux or just curious about what's available, the store now features the Oasis Egg, which includes pets with unique abilities:

- Sand Snake: Duplicates the seed when purchased.

- Axolotl: Summer fruits do not disappear after being harvested.

- Hyacinth Macao: Grants a “Wilt” mutation to nearby fruits.

- Meerkat: Automatically progresses a pet’s ability over time.

- Fennec Fox: Steals a mutation and applies it to a plant in your garden that doesn’t already have one.
