The Echo Kalphite Queen, a formidable foe emerging during the Raging Echoes League, represents a significant evolution from the already challenging Kalphite Queen. To face this creature, players must use a desert echo orb, an item obtained after defeating the original Kalphite Queen.
Unlike its predecessor, the Echo Kalphite Queen is not merely a test of endurance. This encounter demands unparalleled precision and skill. This shift transforms the battle into an elaborate mechanical puzzle where every move must be calculated in advance to emerge victorious.

First Phase
The first thing you should do is activate the protect from melee prayer. By doing this, the Queen will focus on physically attacking you, allowing us to anticipate her movements.
Attacks
The Echo Kalphite Queen in its first phase has two main attacks you need to be aware of:
- Magic attack: When you see her raise her front legs and start charging energy, get ready! She's about to cast a powerful magic attack. Quickly switch to protect from magic to mitigate the damage. If she hits you without the proper protection, you'll lose a lot of health and your prayer will drain quickly.
- Shockwave attack: Watch the yellow bar below her health bar. When it fills up, the Queen will charge a special attack.
a. First cycle: Stand underneath her. After a moment, she will release a shockwave that will hit her and spread outwards. Retreat to your original position.
b. Second cycle: The Queen will charge again, but this time the shockwave will stay within her impact area.
c. Subsequent cycles: This pattern will repeat several times. Don't try to count the cycles, just get into the rhythm of dodging the shockwaves.
Second Phase
As the Queen transforms, change your protection prayer to "Protect from Range". You can deactivate it during the animation to conserve prayer points, but remember to reactivate it before the transformation finishes. For this phase, maintaining melee range from the Queen is essential. This is crucial to dodge her attacks and deal effective damage.
Electric shockwave attack
The primary change in this phase is the evolution of her shockwave attack. Instead of a circular shockwave, the Queen will fire an incredibly fast and wide beam of lightning directly at you.
Visual indicator: Before launching the attack, circular shadows will rapidly expand. This is your cue to prepare to dodge.
Strategy: If you're positioned on the central tile, adjacent to her hitbox, the attack pattern will be highly predictable. Simply move two tiles left or right to evade the lightning beam.
