Where to Find the Looting MK3 Survivor Blueprint in ARC Raiders

If you're looking for an efficient way to obtain the Looting MK3 (Survivor) blueprint in ARC Raiders, you're in the right place. This type of blueprint can make a huge difference in your matches, being one of the best options for the vast majority of playstyles. However, as you probably already know, you can’t choose exactly which one you get everything depends on RNG.

Even so, there are ways to tilt the odds slightly in your favor. In this guide, I’ll explain in detail the best current method to farm these blueprints, the most efficient route, and key tips to maximize your chances of getting the Looting MK3 (Survivor).

Why is the Survivor Blueprint so important?

While there is a wide variety of augments in the game, the Looting MK3 (Survivor) Blueprint is one of the most sought-after by players due to its survival-focused benefits. In a game where every raid can result in the total loss of your gear, improving your chances of staying alive is absolutely essential.

This augment can help you:

• Survive indefinitely after being downed, as long as you remain still for a certain period of time.
• Gain access to up to three Safe Pockets, which is extremely valuable during runs where you find more than one high-value item.
• Equip a medium shield, making you more durable than with a light shield and giving you a greater margin for survival.

Do Naked Runs

Before diving into specific locations or routes, there’s a key concept you need to understand: naked runs.

What is a naked run?

In simple terms, it means entering a match with no gear or the bare minimum possible.

Why use this strategy?

• You avoid losing valuable gear if you die
• You can do fast, repeatable runs
• It’s ideal for farming specific loot like blueprints (since you can place them in your Safe Pocket and surrender once you’ve found what you’re looking for)

Additionally, if you load into a match that’s already in a late stage (for example, with less than 18 minutes remaining), it’s best to leave immediately, as the most valuable loot has likely already been taken.

Note: Previously, you could do this using the Free Loadout gear. However, due to a recent nerf, whenever you enter a raid with this equipment, you’ll be placed into an already ongoing match. This makes it ineffective for farming, since the loot you’re looking for has most likely already been looted.

Best Farming Spot

While this blueprint can technically drop anywhere, your chances go way up in medical areas like the Buried City Hospital or Medical Research in Stella Montis. A lot of players used to farm this augment at Security Checkpoint in Stella Montis, but it got nerfed in previous updates, so it’s no longer the go-to spot.

Current best location:

Medical Research (inside Medical Storage) in Stella Montis. This place has proven to be insanely efficient for finding augment blueprints, including the Survivor.

Optimal Route

1. Fast Entry: As soon as you spawn, head straight to Medical Research. If you spawn nearby, even better. But if you spawn on the other side of the map, just hit surrender immediately and queue into another raid don’t waste your time.
2. Prioritize the Ground Floor: Even though the entire building can have loot, the ground floor is where the magic happens.

You’ll find more containers here, which means more chances at blueprints.

Containers You Should Prioritize

• White Lockers: These are some of the best containers for finding blueprints. They don’t always spawn, but when they do, they’re top priority don’t skip them.
• White Drawers: These are extremely important. They can drop blueprints as well as rare items like defibrillators or keycards.
• Computers with Drawers: These usually have 1–2 drawers underneath. They’ve got a high chance of valuable loot, so always give them a quick check before moving on. 

How to Quickly Identify if There’s a Blueprint

This little tip will save you a ton of time:

• 2 or 3 items in a container → almost guaranteed there’s NO blueprint → skip it
• 4 or more items in a container → high chance of a blueprint or some other valuable loot

This lets you move from container to container super fast, speeding up your runs and reducing the chances of other raiders getting to the loot before you do.

Tips to Increase Your Chances of Getting the Survivor Blueprint

1. Completely ignore all ARCs in the area such as Fireball, Ticks, Pop, and Shredder. Be especially careful with the Shredder, as it’s the one most likely to kill you.
2. Bring 1–2 Adrenaline shots so you can run through the entire area as fast as possible without stopping. Since they’re pretty cheap, it’s a solid option if you’ve got spare coins.
3. Always focus on looting the second floor of Medical Research, as it offers the highest number of lootable spots.
4. If you don’t spawn in or near the medical area, just hit surrender and queue again. This zone is always crowded with other raiders doing the exact same thing, so competition is high.
