Why Are Processors Important?

Why Are Processors Important?

Processors are undoubtedly one of the most commonly used materials in ARC Raiders, for clear reasons. They are essential for crafting rare-tier augments also known as MK3 as well as Trigger Nades and Hatch Keys. All of these are valuable items for every raider heading to the Topside who wants the best chances of making it back to Speranza safely.

Best Map to Farm Processors in ARC Raiders: Stella Montis

Best Map to Farm Processors in ARC Raiders Stella Montis

Farming Processors in ARC Raiders is simple, efficient, and highly accessible especially if you're already familiar with this route. The best location for this method is the Assembly area on the Stella Montis map, which is also the same zone where Exodus Modules are commonly farmed. If you’ve checked our previous guide, you’ll already recognize why this location is so valuable.

Why Stella Montis Is the Best for Processor Farming

Why Stella Montis Is the Best for Processor Farming

Within Stella Montis, the Assembly zone features multiple areas focused on research and technology, making it the perfect hotspot for high-value loot. The main targets here are the Server Racks, which are among the best containers for obtaining Processors.

  • Each Server Rack typically drops 1 to 2 Processors
  • High density of lootable containers
  • Fast and repeatable route

This makes Assembly one of the most consistent and reliable farming spots in ARC Raiders.

Additional Loot

While Server Racks should be your main priority, they are not the only valuable loot in this route. During your run, you’ll also find other items that can be recycled after extraction to generate even more Processors.

The most important items to look out for:

  • Exodus Modules
  • Alarm Clock
  • Broken Guidance System
  • Projector
  • Spectrum Analyzer

Alternative Location: Medical Research (Not Recommended)

Another area where you can find Server Racks is Medical Research, which also contains a good amount of research-based loot. However, this zone is not recommended, especially for fast farming routes:

  • Presence of Shredders
  • High risk during naked runs
  • Slower and more dangerous overall

Unless you're well-equipped, it’s better to stick with Assembly for efficiency and safety.

Current Best Strategy: Naked Runs

Current Best Strategy Naked Runs

The most effective strategy for farming Processors is doing naked runs (entering without any gear).

Why this works:

  • In Assembly, you’ll mostly encounter Pops and Fireballs
  • These enemies can be easily avoided or ignored
  • No risk of losing gear
  • Once you have completed a stack of processors, you can place it in the Safe Spocket and surrender to rejoin a new raid.

This approach allows you to farm quickly with minimal risk.

Assembly Workshops

Assembly Workshops

The area you’ll always want to go to is the Assembly Workshops section. Here, you’ll find two two-story buildings, both with Server Racks located on the first floor. These should always be your priority if you’re only looking for processors, allowing you to get between 5 and 9 per run.

Extraction Points

Once you’ve collected all the loot you need, extract quickly to secure your rewards:

  • Use the hatch located in the Assembly area

  • Or head to the train in the Lobby

All of this applies in case you’re not using the Naked Runs strategy and prefer to go farming with weapons and equipment.
