The rewards for successfully tackling the challenges within the medium tier of Combat Achievements comprise:
1. An antique lamp that endows you with 10,000 experience points in any skill beyond level 30.
2. A 5% augmented probability of acquiring a medium clue scroll from diverse sources, excluding implings.
3. Ghommal's hilt 2.
4. Five daily teleports to the entrance of the God Wars Dungeon, thoughtfully positioned by a large boulder.
5. The nullification of Prayer drain effects while equipped at Barrows.
6. The "Like a Boss" slayer unlock, which elevates the maximum boss kill cap by 10, enabling up to 45 boss kills upon being assigned a boss task.
