Because products on VirtGold include digital goods, in-game currency, account transfers, and manually fulfilled services, refund decisions depend on the delivery status of the order, the accuracy of the buyer's instructions, and whether the reported issue can be verified.
If you believe an order was delivered incorrectly, delayed beyond the agreed window, charged in error, or compromised by fraud, contact support as soon as possible with the order number and a clear description of the issue.
Refund Eligibility
- Orders that were never delivered and cannot be fulfilled within the agreed service window may qualify for a refund or store credit.
- Duplicate charges or accidental duplicate purchases reported promptly may qualify for a refund after payment verification.

Buyer Responsibilities
Refund eligibility may be reduced or denied when a buyer provides incorrect character, server, region, platform, or account details, refuses to follow delivery instructions, or causes the delivery failure through unavailable access.
Chargebacks, unauthorized payment disputes, or abusive use of the support process may result in account restrictions while the order is investigated.

VirtGold reviews refund requests manually. Once a refund is approved, the reversal timing depends on the original payment method and financial institution.
