How Crafting Works
In Ravendawn, the item crafting process is divided into five essential components:
1. Progress Bar: To successfully craft an item, you must fill the progress bar without allowing both the Labor and Durability bars to reach zero. This signifies the completion of the crafting process.
2. Crafting Skills: Crafting requires the use of specific skills, which are displayed in a special bar once you begin crafting. As you advance in your crafting skill, you gain access to more crafting skills.
3. Progress Meter: This meter indicates your advancement towards the successful completion of the craft.
4. Quality Meter: It shows the quality level of the item. Filling this meter enhances the final product's quality.
5. Durability: This gauge measures the durability of the materials used. Crafting fails if the durability depletes entirely. Some crafting skills can increase durability.
6. Labor: Your character's total labor decreases each time a crafting skill is used. The more labor you have, the more you can accomplish during the crafting process. You can increase labor through passive skills, crafting gear, and trinkets.
7. Condition: The current condition affects the progress and upgrading of a crafted item. Using crafting skills at different conditions produces different progress percentages:
- Normal Condition: Grants 100% progress.
- Poor Condition: Provides only 50% progress.
- Good Condition: Boosts progress to 110%.
- Great Condition: Elevates progress to 120%.
- Excellent Condition: Offers an impressive 150% progress rate.
Material quality influences condition, with higher-quality materials yielding higher condition values. It's advisable to avoid using Synthesis or Touch crafting skills when the condition is Poor to ensure optimal progress.

1. Labor: Boost your crafting capabilities by increasing your Labor through passive skills, upgradable gear, and trinkets. More Labor enhances your crafting efficiency.
2. Item Quality: Items with different colored borders indicate varying quality levels. Opt for higher quality items by selecting the corresponding boxes during crafting. Using superior quality materials improves the crafting Condition, resulting in faster crafting or easier production of higher-quality items.
3. Mass Crafting: Progress in your craft allows you to engage in mass crafting. As your skill level increases, you can mass craft greater quantities of each item.
