What is the Chubby Chipmunk update about?

The update introduces the Chubby Chipmunk event, also known as “Fat Squirrel Day.” The main system is based on feeding a squirrel, which every 4.5 minutes will eat a fruit from your garden, gradually gaining weight. It will not eat your favorite fruits nor those from single-harvest plants. Depending on how much it fattens up, you’ll receive exclusive rewards.

From 2 kg onward, rewards begin to appear, and the more weight your squirrel accumulates, the better the prizes you’ll obtain such as the new chest, where you can get exclusive plants and pets from the event.

New Pets

Among the most anticipated rewards are three new squirrels:

- Farmer Chipmunk: increases the growth speed of all nut-type plants by 1.56%.

- Idol Chipmunk: sings every 11.5 minutes for 8 seconds, reducing your pets’ hunger by up to 12%.

- Chinchilla: every 30 minutes it activates another pet’s ability three times in a row. This can be extremely broken.

What will happen with the Evo Seed Event?

One of the most debated points is the seed stage, which seemed to be the next big piece of content for the game. However, everything indicates that this system could be either replaced or at least overshadowed by the new squirrel event.
