With the arrival of the latest Grow a Garden update, the Beanstalk Event has arrived, packed with content that has surprised the entire community. This patch brings new rewards and gameplay mechanics. One of the most attractive features of this update is the pets section, and one of them could completely break the game.

Beanstalk Event

To complete the event, you just have to grow and then climb the giant Beanstalk until you reach the sky, where you will find a giant who will sell you the new event rewards, including the Sprout Egg, which is what we’re really interested in.

The Sprout Egg and the New Pets

Another of the most interesting additions is the Sprout Egg, a new egg from which pets with unique abilities are born. Among them we find:

- Dairy Cow (50%): speeds up the growth of nearby plants by 1.3% and grants Vinstalk seeds when sold.

- Jackalope (31%): every 100 seconds it has the chance to mutate a nearby fruit with the Sandy mutation.

- Seedling (12%): changes mutations between different fruits, allowing you to transfer them to stronger seeds.

- Golem (6%): every five minutes it activates the mutation machine and reduces waiting times.

But without a doubt, the pet that has attracted the most attention is the Golden Goose (1%), the new pet that could be considered the most broken in the game. Its ability consists of planting a golden egg every 10 minutes as if it were another fruit in your garden, and it will always appear with the Fortune mutation.

The Fortune Mutation

Let’s get straight to the point: the Fortune mutation increases the value of a fruit in your garden by an additional 69% after selling the golden egg, literally turning any fruit into a gold mine. Imagine applying this mutation to fruits that are already valuable, like the Bone Blossom with multiple mutations. With the Fortune mutation, its value multiplies drastically, even tripling the profits of the most experienced players.

This makes the Golden Goose one of the most sought-after pets and, probably, one of the hardest to obtain.
