Gore Rune 

When hitting a target with Mangle, Thrash, or Maul, you have a 15% chance to reset the cooldown of Shred (bear) and grant 10 rage. When hitting a target with Shred (cat) or Swipe, you have a 5% chance to reset the cooldown of Tiger's Fury.

To obtain the Gore Rune in Celadores Esmeralda, follow these steps:

1. Achieve Friendly Reputation: First, you need to achieve Friendly reputation status with Celadores Esmeralda. You can do this by completing quests, helping the residents, or performing tasks that benefit the faction.

2. Visit an Emerald Wardens Quartermaster: Once you have attained Friendly reputation, head to one of the Emerald Wardens Quartermasters. They are located in specific areas within Celadores Esmeralda.

3. Purchase the Rune: Speak with the Quartermaster and browse their available goods. Look for the Gore Rune among their offerings. It should be priced at 1 gold 60 silver.

4. Choose Your Quartermaster: Here are the names of the Emerald Wardens Quartermasters where you can purchase the Gore Rune:

- Quartermaster Kyleen

- Quartermaster Valdane

- Quartermaster Falinar

- Quartermaster Alandra

5. Complete the Transaction: Once you find the Quartermaster selling the Gore Rune, approach them and make the purchase using the required currency.
