Christmas has officially arrived in Plantas vs Brainrot, and with it comes a major update packed with content, rewards, missions, game modes, and the long-awaited admin abuse that many players were waiting for. In this blog, I’ll explain everything included in this new update, how the new pass works, and what rewards you’ll be able to obtain.

The First Part of the Christmas Event

The first thing you need to know is that this Christmas update seems to be only the first phase of the event. Everything suggests that in the coming days, more activities, rewards, and special content will be added, gradually expanding the event.

So don’t be surprised if soon we start seeing new missions, new Brainrots, and plants with a Christmas theme.

The New Christmas Pass

The core of the event is a Christmas pass, where you must accumulate experience to level up and claim rewards hidden inside different gifts.

Free Rewards

These are the rewards that all players can obtain without spending Robux. They include:

- Event tokens
- Basic items
- A plant

These rewards are unlocked as you progress through the pass and level up.

Premium Rewards

If you purchase the premium version of the pass (which costs 279 Robux), you’ll be able to receive:

- A new Brainrot
- Card packs
- Event tokens
- A special seed box
- More exclusive rewards

How Do You Earn Experience?

To level up, you need experience and to get experience, you’ll need to complete certain missions found on the mission board in the event area. These missions are divided by difficulty, and higher difficulties grant more experience:

- Easy quests = 8 EXP
- Medium quests = 10 EXP
- Hard quests = 18 EXP

These missions refresh every 4 hours, giving you multiple opportunities each day to make progress.

Pass Shop

The tokens you earn by leveling up in the pass can also be used to purchase both plants and Brainrots in the pass shop through a seed box and a new egg. There is also a Brainrot that costs 400 points, although it’s more recommended to invest your points in the seed box or the new egg since they offer better value.

Christmas Calendar

Starting on December 1st, the Christmas calendar will be activated, where each day you’ll be able to open a gift with random rewards. But if you manage to claim the rewards for all 25 days, you’ll receive a special mistletoe-themed plant, a Christmas tree–shaped Brainrot, and size potions on top of the daily prizes you’ll receive just for logging in.
