Dragonflight is a World of Warcraft expansion. Dragon Isles Alchemy belongs to its profession system; it is not a temporary event. This overview covers its consumables and crafting features, rather than a recipe-by-recipe leveling route.

Decide which recipes you want to focus on before investing in specialization. When comparing consumables on the Auction House, check both their effect and quality rather than assuming every listing is identical.
